This two-bedroom luxury "paradise" is tucked in the back of the Truman Annex, Shipyard development. Truman Annex is a gated community of private homes, townhouses, and condos designed and built in the traditional Key West style. Truman Annex has 24-hour security and private off street parking in a gated lot! "Your Paradise" is quiet yet close to the island happenings on Duval Street and Mallory Square. The restaurants, shops, and nightlife of Duval Street are only two blocks away. Only a short walk from the condo is Fort Zachary Taylor State Park beach. This beach is one of the most picturesque beaches on Key West. The heated pool is just steps away from the condo. This is a two-bedroom garden level unit. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, two twin sized beds are in the second bedroom that can be made into a king and there is a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room! The living room has french doors that open on to the deck. The deck is private enough for a quiet moment together and large enough for entertaining friends. The deck has the furniture needed for sunning or outdoor dining. The catch of the day can be cooked on the gas grill. The entertainment center in the living room has a television, VCR, stereo and CD player! The stereo can be used to listen to the music you brought or can be tuned into one of the local radio stations. All the necessities of home are included in "Your Paradise". The complete kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, coffee maker, and of course a blender. All the linen, including beach towels, blow dryer and cooler are already there so there is no need to bring them. There is also a clothes washer and dryer in the unit.
